The brief
We work to a fixed price you receive up front. That price covers what is in the quote. Extra work only goes ahead after you agree, with a new price.
Delivery
A schedule is an estimate. It depends on how quickly we get copy, images and feedback from you. Delay on our side is our risk; delay from missing input is not.
Hosting
The monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and uptime monitoring. You can cancel month to month. The website is yours: if you leave, we hand over the code and content.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
